Payment - Cash, Debit or credit cards are accepted (except American Express). Cheques are not accepted.
Appointments -  Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment.  Late arrival will reduce you treatment time, but full cost will still be charged.  
Cancellations - must be made minimum 24 hours before appointment, or full charge will apply.
